Our stunning villa is located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Vistapark resort. This "Top of the range location", with luxury houses situated just off HW192 , disapprove 8 miles miles from Walt Disney World.

Its proximity to Disney World makes it very convenient to return to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or siesta before returning to the theme parks/shopping in the evenings.

This beautiful property is in a quiet area of Vistapark where you will not be disturbed by through traffic. The pool area also boosts an oversized deck and covered lanai giving you and your family plenty of room to play or sunbathe on the numerous quality sun loungers.

Although we get all the Florida sunshine all day on our pool and patio, the lanai area gives shade for outside dining. This is also great for babies/children and those who don't like too much sunshine. Not all villas have this.

It is very private at the rear of the home making it perfect for breakfasting or dining 'Alfresco'. We have 2 patio tables, with luxury seating, on the deck. A special feature is the wonderful built in BBQ grill which makes cooking outdoor meals a real pleasure.

A stay in our Villa helps you forget for a while that you are in the vacation capital of the world... Vistapark is a real retreat from the hustle and bustle of Disney and Orlando.

A few minutes drive away there are numerous quality restaurants, many golf courses and Walmart, Publix supermarkets, County Library at nearby Cagan's crossing

Vistapark has its own children’s playground. Parking is allowed off street.

Vistapark is located just off the more desirable 192 West and HW27.

Our fully air-conditioned villa is in the ideal location for a visit to the Disney Theme Parks. It is just a 10 minute drive to the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort .

Vistapark has on-site management and 24 hour security and is situated in a very peaceful area. The area is completely finished so you will not be disturbed by building work during your vacation.

It is less than 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World Resort.
