Pool Area
The very large 28ft x 14ft pool is a feature of the Villa. The pool has underwater lighting.
The extended pool deck is fully equipped with many luxury sun loungers and tables.
The built in BBQ is a feature in the Lanai. The large Lanai area has ceiling fans to keep you cool
during intense heat and is supplied with 2 dining tables and 12 chairs so all your guests can dine al-fresco.
The entire pool area is fully screened. Safely alarms are provided on all doors and windows leading to
the pool area. Some pool toys are provided.

Living Areas
The very spacious open plan living room, includes 2 seating areas and elegant dining area set into the Bay window
overlooking pool.
The large Sitting room had cable TV with over 50 chanels, a stereo system, a VCR and a DVD player.
The 2nd seating area is a quiet spot to sit and read. There is a selection of popular novels provided for your enjoyment.
The very elegant Dining table seats 10 guests comfortably.
The fully equipped kitchen has seating for 4.
The downstairs Den/Twin bedroom has TV and Playstation 2 with some games provided. Extra games can be
hired locally.
A selection of Board games are provided for the young people to enjoy.
A Football Games table is provided.

Master Bedrooms
The 2 master bedrooms have king size beds, with ensuite facilities including double wash hand basins set in marble
vanity units, large Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, toilet closet, walk in wardrobe. Towelling bathrobes are provided
in the Master en suites. Cable TV, telephone and radio clock alarms.
