Our stunning villa is located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Vistapark resort. This "Top of the range location", with luxury houses situated just off HW192 , 8 miles miles from Walt Disney World.
Its proximity to Disney World makes it very convenient to return to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or siesta before returning to the theme parks/shopping in the evenings.
This villa is in a quiet area of Vistapark where you will not be disturbed by through traffic.
The pool area boosts an oversized deck giving you and your family plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine.
In the hot Florida sunshine, the lanai gives shade for those who prefer to enjoy the outdoors e.g babies/children and those who enjoy the heat without sitting in direct sunshine.
The Pation area is perfect for breakfasting or dining 'Alfresco'. We have 2 patio tables and lots of seating. A special feature is the electric BBQ grill which makes cooking outdoor meals a real pleasure.
A few minutes drive away there are numerous restaurants, many golf courses. A large Walmart close by, Publix supermarkets less than a mile away.
